Hamburger 4:1

Makes: 1 hamburger

Prep: 10 min   Cook: 12-15 min

INGREDIENTS 

16 g 85% Lean ground beef, cooked

4 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

19 g KetoCuisine™

16 g Mayonnaise

BUN DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F 

  2. Combine egg, 12 g mayonnaise and KetoCuisine™ and mix well

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Divide mixture in two and form into round buns and place on baking sheet

  5. Bake for approximately 12 minutes until golden

  6. Remove from oven and let cool

DIRECTIONS

  1. Form a small meat patty with beef and cook.

  2. Weigh patty to make sure it weighs 16 g cooked

  3. Cut cooled bread in half

  4. Spread sides of bun with remaining 4 g of mayonnaise 

  5. Combine patty and burger and serve
