Quiche 4:1

Makes: 1 Quiche

Prep: 10 min   Cook: 18 - 20 min

INGREDIENTS 

3 g 36% Cream

12 g Egg, (raw, mixed well)

8 g Grated cheddar cheese (mild, medium or sharp)

40 g KetoCuisine™

10 g Melted butter 

13 g Raw spinach

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Weigh all ingredients separately

  3. Mix together KetoCuisine™, egg, cream, butter & 1 tbsp water

  4. Finely chop spinach

  5. Fold grated cheese & spinach into mixture

  6. Pour mixture into non-stick pan 

  7. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes
