Tuna Patties 4:1

INGREDIENTS 

7 g Dill pickle 

9 g Fresh banana

5 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

12 g Tuna fish, canned 

20 g KetoCuisine™

20 g Mayonnaise

2.5 g Olive oil

OTHER INGREDIENTS 

Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Finely chop dill pickle

  2. Combine pickle, egg, tuna, KetoCuisine™ and mayonnaise. Mix well.

  3. Season with salt & pepper to taste

  4. Form 1 patty or multiple smaller patties

  5. Heat oil in frying pan on low-medium heat

  6. Fry patty in oil approximately 3 minutes per side

  7. Flip once, allow patty to sit in pan to absorb oil

  8. Serve with banana on side
