Turkey Sandwich 4:1

Makes: 1 sandwich & strawberry side

INGREDIENTS 

33 g 36% Cream

8 g Fresh strawberries

5 g Fresh Tomatoes

9 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

15 g Cooked turkey, dark meat (no skin)

35 g KetoCuisine™

4 g Butter

12 g Mayonnaise

OTHER INGREDIENTS 

Iceburg lettuce

Baking powder

Salt & pepper

BREAD DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Combine egg, KetoCuisine™, pinch of baking powder with 8 g of mayonnaise

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Place mixture in the form of a square on a baking sheet 

  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden

  6. Remove from oven and set aside to cool

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut cooled bread in half

  2. Spread side with butter & remaining 4 g of mayonnaise 

  3. Add turkey, tomato, lettuce and a dash of salt & pepper (to taste)

TIPS

  • Reserve cream as a drink and serve fresh strawberries

       OR

  • Whip cream and serve with strawberries
