23 g Chicken breast (no skin, cooked)
0.5 g Baking powder (double acting)
12 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
9 g Butter
9 g Mayonnaise
16 g Olive oil
23 g KetoCuisine™
Favorite spices for chicken
Place frying pan over medium heat, add oil
Chop chicken (goal is to have shredded type chicken)
Blend chicken together with egg, butter, baking powder and KetoCuisine™
If desired, add a pinch of your favorite spice
Form nugget size pieces and drop into frying pan
Cook approximately 6 minutes, turn to brown all sides, until chicken is cooked
Remove frying pan from heat and allow nuggets to absorb any remaining oil
Serve with mayonnaise to dip
