Cinnamon Raison Bran Muffins 4:1

INGREDIENTS

74 g KetoCuisine™

3 g Gluten flour

8 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

70 g 36% Cream

5 g All Bran cereal

23 g Butter

3 g Raisins

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Pinch of cinnamon and water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Cut raisins in half and soak in 1 tbsp water, set aside for 20 min

  3. Weigh out 30 g cream

  4. Soak All Bran cereal in cream for a few minutes

  5. In another bowl, blend KetoCuisine™, gluten flour and cinnamon

  6. Blend together butter and egg then add All Bran cereal mixture

  7. Blend everything together, careful not to over mix

  8. Pour batter evenly into mini silicone muffin cups

  9. Bake for approximately 12-15 min

TIPS

  • Leftover 40 g of cream maybe whipped and use as topping

       OR

  • Leftover 40 g cream can be diluted with water and use as a drink
