4 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
32 g Atlantic cod, raw
5 g Butter
4 g Coconut oil, unrefined (regular or organic)
18 g Mayonnaise
16 g KetoCuisine™
Dill spice
Blend mayonnaise, 4 grams KetoCuisine™ and a pinch of dill spice together
Let the dip sit to allow flavor to blend
Place frying pan over medium heat, add oil
Blend melted butter & egg together
Coat fish in egg mix then roll in 12 grams KetoCuisine™ to cover all sides
Place pieces of fish in hot oil in frying pan
Cook approximately 4 minutes, turn to brown all sides, until fish is cooked
Remove frying pan from heat and allow nuggets to absorb any remaining oil
Serve fish sticks with mayonnaise dip
