6 tablespoons (90 g) 36% whipping cream
3 teaspoons ( 6 g) ground ginger
1 1/3 teaspoons (6 g) Truvia®
1 teaspoon (6 g) molasses
1 tablespoon (18 g) coconut flour
1 large egg (50 g)
1/2 cup (84 g) melted butter
2 1/2 cups (216 g) KetoCuisine™
Pinch of baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 325º F
Grease cookie sheet or use silicone baking mat or parchment paper to line cookie sheet
Gather cookie moulds or cookie cutters
Combine KetoCuisine™, ginger, Truvia®, coconut flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Combine melted butter and molasses and mix well. Then add egg and cream.
Blend wet ingredients into dry and mix well.
Place into cookie moulds or use cookie cutters and bake for approximately 8 - 10 minutes.
