1/2 cup (125 g) 36% cream
1 teaspoon (7 g) agave nectar
1 sweet cherry
1 tablespoon (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup (63 g) KetoCuisine™
1 3/4 cup (437 g) water
1/4 teaspoon (1.3 g) cinnamon
Measure half (1/4 cup) the cream and beat until firm peaks. Set aside
Add water and KetoCuisine™ in a saucepan and heat on low
Whisk in cocoa, agave nectar and the other half (1/4 cup) of the cream
Stir to avoid burning bottom of pan
Once heated, divide into 2 mugs, top with whipped cream, sprinkle cinnamon and add cherry on top
