Hot Chocolate

Makes: 2 mugs

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (125 g) 36% cream

1 teaspoon (7 g) agave nectar

1 sweet cherry

1 tablespoon (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup (63 g) KetoCuisine

1 3/4 cup (437 g) water

1/4 teaspoon (1.3 g) cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Measure half (1/4 cup) the cream and beat until firm peaks. Set aside

  2. Add water and KetoCuisine in a saucepan and heat on low

  3. Whisk in cocoa, agave nectar and the other half (1/4 cup) of the cream

  4. Stir to avoid burning bottom of pan

  5. Once heated, divide into 2 mugs, top with whipped cream, sprinkle cinnamon and add cherry on top
