3 1/2 tablespoons (24 g) cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons (12 g) parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons (36 g) mayonnaise
1 1/4 cup (104 g) KetoCuisine™
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F
Place a piece of parchment paper on a 9 x 13 inch baking sheet
Grate cheese and set aside
In a bowl mix egg, mayonnaise and KetoCuisine™
Add seasonings
Add 1 tablespoon of water and blend well
Spread dough on baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown
