Makes: 1 x 12 inch crust

INGREDIENTS

1 (50 g) egg

2½ tablespoons (36 g) mayonnaise

1¼ cup (104 g) KetoCuisine™

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Line pizza pan with parchment paper

  3. Mix together all ingredients

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of water and blend well

  5. Spread batter into 12 inch pizza size

  6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes

TIPS

  • add pizza spices to dough while mixing
