9 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
75 g 36% Cream
12 g Butter, melted
5 g Chopped walnuts
5 g Gluten flour
45 g Pumpkin, canned, unsweetened
Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and baking powder
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine KetoCuisine™, gluten flour, pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and baking powder
In another bowl mix 15 g cream, pumpkin, egg, and butter
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix well. Careful not to over-mix
Pour into silicon muffin cups and top with chopped walnuts
Bake for approximately 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean
