12 g Egg, (raw, mixed well)
8 g Grated cheddar cheese (mild, medium or sharp)
40 g KetoCuisine™
10 g Melted butter
13 g Raw spinach
Water
Preheat oven to 350°F
Weigh all ingredients separately
Mix together KetoCuisine™, egg, cream, butter & 1 tbsp water
Finely chop spinach
Fold grated cheese & spinach into mixture
Pour mixture into non-stick pan
Bake for 18 - 20 minutes
