1/2 tablespoon (4.5 g) coconut flour
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (18 g) lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoon (4.5 g) baking powder
5 (148 g) egg whites
1/2 cup + 1 teaspoon (113 g) coconut oil
3 tablespoons (45 g) almond milk
3/4 cup (60 g) KetoCuisine™
1 tablespoon (15 g) water
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
Lightly grease a skillet to medium heat
In a bowl combine KetoCuisine™, coconut flour, baking powder and spices
In a separate bowl, mix egg white and coconut oil with hand mixer or metal whisk until frothy
Add lime juice, water and almond milk, mix well with frothy mixture
Add dry ingredients to wet and blend well together
Allow batter to rest 5 minutes to thicken
Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto hot skillet. Quickly swirl around to cover bottom
Cook about a minute, edges will pull up from skillet at bit. Flip and cook another minute
