INGREDIENTS 

24 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

18 g Mayonnaise

52 g KetoCuisine™

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Spray mini loaf pan to limit sticking

  3. Mix together all ingredients

  4. Add small amount of water (1 tsp) to thin mixture if needed

  5. Blend mixture well

  6. Add mixture to loaf pan

  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes

TIPS

  • Add protein and carbohydrate containing ingredients to meet goal ratio

  • Great for meat, egg, tuna, cheese sandwiches
