1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon (64 g) 36% cream
3 teaspoons (16 g) cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons (8 g) agave nectar
1 cup (80 g) KetoCuisine™
22 halves (32 g) pecans
1 cup (248 g) avocado (approximately 2 large)
3 tablespoons (32 g) coconut oil
Other ingredients: pure vanilla
Chop pecans and set aside
Mash avocados well
Add cream, cocoa powder, agave nectar, KetoCuisine™, coconut oil and a few drops of pure vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into dessert cups
Sprinkle with pecans
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator
