62 g KetoCuisine™
2 g Gluten flour
8 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
65 g 36% Cream
5 g All Bran cereal
8 g Butter
3 g Raisins
Pinch of cinnamon and water
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cut raisins in half and soak in 1 tbsp water, set aside for 20 min
Weigh out 30 g cream
Soak All Bran cereal in cream for a few minutes
In another bowl, blend KetoCuisine™, gluten flour and cinnamon
Blend together butter and egg then add All Bran cereal mixture
Blend everything together, careful not to over mix
Pour batter evenly into mini silicone muffin cups
