INGREDIENTS

45 g 36% Cream

18 g Canned mushrooms 

18 g Raw onions

16 g Raw green peppers 

16 g Canned tomato puree 

10 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

70 g 80% Lean ground beef (raw)

53 g KetoCuisine™

12 g Butter

22 g Mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Weigh cream and set aside to serve as beverage

  3. Weigh mayonnaise and set aside, to be used as dip

  4. Weigh ground beef, egg and tomato puree. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  5. Weigh KetoCuisine™ and vegetables and add to meat mixture

  6. Pour mixture into silicone mini loaf pan

  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes

  8. Allow meatloaf to cool to absorb the oil before serving
