Egg & Cheese Biscuit 3.5:1

Makes: 1 egg & cheese biscuit

8 g 36% Cream

1 g Baking powder

19 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

10 g Cheese (mild, medium, sharp)

20 g KetoCuisine™

10.2 g Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. In a small bowl, combine KetoCuisine™, baking powder, butter (not melted, softened slightly if needed but should still be solid) and about a 1/2 tsp of the cream 

  4. Add a pinch of salt

  5. Use mixer to combine ingredients into a crumbly dough mixture

  6. Roll dough with hands into two equal balls

  7. Create a biscuit shape with hands and place both on parchment paper

  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bottom of biscuit is light brown

  9. Heat frying pan over mild-medium heat

  10. Combine egg and remaining cream and add to pan

  11. Season with salt & pepper

  12. Add cheese to top of egg and allow to melt.

  13. Place egg and cheese patty between the 2 cooked biscuits and serve
