Makes: 1 egg & cheese biscuit

8 g 36% Cream
1 g Baking powder
19 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
10 g Cheese (mild, medium, sharp)
20 g KetoCuisine™
10.2 g Butter
Preheat oven to 350°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a small bowl, combine KetoCuisine™, baking powder, butter (not melted, softened slightly if needed but should still be solid) and about a 1/2 tsp of the cream
Add a pinch of salt
Use mixer to combine ingredients into a crumbly dough mixture
Roll dough with hands into two equal balls
Create a biscuit shape with hands and place both on parchment paper
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bottom of biscuit is light brown
Heat frying pan over mild-medium heat
Combine egg and remaining cream and add to pan
Season with salt & pepper
Add cheese to top of egg and allow to melt.
Place egg and cheese patty between the 2 cooked biscuits and serve
