INGREDIENTS 

26 g 36% Cream

10 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

8 g Cheddar cheese (mild, medium, sharp)

40 g KetoCuisine™

3 g Butter

4 g Raw onion

4 g Fresh tomato

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine KetoCuisine™, egg and cream and 1 tbsp water. Blend well and then set aside

  2. Heat frying pan on low-medium heat.

  3. Chop vegetables 

  4. Melt butter in frying pan

  5. Add vegetables to pan

  6. Pour egg mixture over fried vegetables

  7. Flip only once

  8. Add grated cheese to top of omelet and serve
