3 g Coconut Flour
14 g Cheddar Cheese (mild, medium or sharp)
8 g Butter
¼ tsp (1 mL) Water (as desired)
Garlic salt (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease baking sheet or use silicone baking mat or parchment paper to line baking sheet
Combine all ingredients (add garlic salt to taste) in food processor and mix until a sandy consistency is achieved
Pulse in water until a dough if formed (should be able to roll the dough)
Chill dough in freezer for about 5 minutes
Remove from freezer and roll out on parchment paper
Cut out desired shapes and place on baking sheet
Bake for approximately 7-8 minutes or until edges are light brown and crispy
