Goldfish Crackers 4:1

Makes: 45 g cooked weight

25 g KetoCuisine™

3 g Coconut Flour

14 g Cheddar Cheese (mild, medium or sharp)

8 g Butter

¼ tsp (1 mL) Water (as desired)


Garlic salt (to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Grease baking sheet or use silicone baking mat or parchment paper to line baking sheet

  3. Combine all ingredients (add garlic salt to taste)  in food processor and mix until a sandy consistency is achieved

  4. Pulse in water until a dough if formed (should be able to roll the dough)

  5. Chill dough in freezer for about 5 minutes

  6. Remove from freezer and roll out on parchment paper

  7. Cut out desired shapes and place on baking sheet

  8. Bake for approximately 7-8 minutes or until edges are light brown and crispy
