23 g Mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350°F
Weigh cream and set aside to serve as beverage
Weigh mayonnaise and set aside, to be used as dip
Weigh ground beef, egg and tomato puree. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Weigh KetoCuisine™ and vegetables and add to meat mixture
Pour mixture into silicone mini loaf pan
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
Allow meatloaf to cool to absorb the oil before serving
