15 g Cooked turkey, dark meat (no skin)

4 g Butter
12 g Mayonnaise
Iceburg lettuce
Baking powder
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine egg, KetoCuisine™, pinch of baking powder with 8 g of mayonnaise
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Place mixture in the form of a square on a baking sheet
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden
Cut cooled bread in half
Spread side with butter & remaining 4 g of mayonnaise
Add turkey, tomato, lettuce and a dash of salt & pepper (to taste)
