Cheese & Mayo Sandwich 4:1

Makes: 1 sandwich & strawberry as a side

INGREDIENTS 

9 g Raw Strawberries

11 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

10 g Cheese 

24 g KetoCuisine™

11.6 g Mayonnaise

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Combine egg and KetoCuisine

  3. Weigh 9.6 g of mayonnaise and add it to the egg & KetoCuisine™ and mix well

  4. Add tiny amounts of water if needed to get a spreadable consistency

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  6. Place mixture on parchment paper and spread into square shape 

  7. Bake for 10 minutes

  8. Add cheese and remaining mayo for sandwich

  9. Serve with strawberries

TIPS

  • Can replace strawberries with any fresh fruit or vegetable. Be sure to calculate replacement fruit/vegetable into recipe to obtain goal ratio
