Makes: 2-3 petite quiches

INGREDIENTS 

3 g 36% Cream

12 g Egg (raw, mixed well)

8 g Cheddar cheese (mild, medium, sharp)

40 g KetoCuisine™

3 g Butter (melted)

13 g Raw spinach

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix together KetoCuisine™, egg, cream, butter & 1 tbsp water

  3. Finely chop spinach

  4. Fold grated cheese & spinach into mixture

  5. Pour mixture into silicone cupcake liners

  6. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes
