12 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
8 g Cheddar cheese (mild, medium, sharp)
40 g KetoCuisine™
3 g Butter (melted)
13 g Raw spinach
Water
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix together KetoCuisine™, egg, cream, butter & 1 tbsp water
Finely chop spinach
Fold grated cheese & spinach into mixture
Pour mixture into silicone cupcake liners
Bake for 18 - 20 minutes
